By downloading, installing, or using Purrmind, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Purrmind is made and operated by Ben ("Purrmind," "we," "us").

Purrmind is a mobile app that presents short affirmations through a cat character in a cozy virtual room, along with optional customization (cat looks, room themes), a daily streak, and optional local reminders. A free tier is available; a paid subscription ("Purrmind+") unlocks additional content and customization.

Purrmind+ is billed monthly and renews automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.

You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's account settings (App Store → your profile → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies — we don't process refunds directly and can't override their decisions.

The free tier includes a rotating set of affirmations, a limited number of saved favorites, and the default cat and room. Purrmind+ unlocks the full affirmation library, unlimited saves, and additional cat and room customization. Exactly what's included may change over time as new content is added.

Use Purrmind for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, redistribute, or interfere with the app or its backend services, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

The Purrmind name, cat character, room artwork, and affirmation copy are owned by us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app — it doesn't transfer ownership of any of that content to you.

Purrmind is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any affirmation content will meet your particular needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purrmind and its operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

You may stop using Purrmind at any time by deleting the app and, if applicable, cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated, or discontinue the service, or parts of it, at our discretion.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, notify you in the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
